Health is a huge topic and encompasses many angles -but I love structure, and the best way I know to tackle information overload is to break things down, prioritise and take it step by step (OK, so occasionally my wisdom comes from popular 90's boy bands. and catchy songs .....coughs)
For this reason, in Life Review we will be focusing on the following three aspects of health:
- Moving our bodies
- Eating mindfully
- Focusing on feeling energised
Step by step....
I know what it's like to not prioritise my health. Between the juggle of motherhood, family, friends and my business - my healthy exercise and eating regime can become sporadic at times. But, as you may have experienced yourself, there's only so long you can ignore the signs of poor health - tiredness, lethargy, crankiness, bloating, sickness - before it's time to act!
Yet - sometimes the thought of action can seem overwhelming, and the improvements we are desperate to make can feel almost impossible.
So how are we going to tackle this topic and get our health back on track?
We are going to set intentions, create SMART goals, take time to inspire our subconscious and surrender .
And, if you are one of those people who prioritises their health already (well done - gold star for you) - setting intentions and SMART goals will help you to keep moving forward to feel better and better and better!
2. SMART Goals
We each have different goals when it comes to our health, and it's the daily habits we cultivate that determine how we feel about ourselves. We are all able to increase our energy, vitality and sense of wellbeing - one step at a time.
