It is so important for all of us to find time to re-connect with ourselves, re-energise and re-balance, in order to cope with the demands of everyday life.
Exercise, getting back to nature, being outdoors in the sunshine - these are all healthy ways of bringing vitality back into your life. It can also be fun to get together with other like-minded people who share similar interests and challenges.
For these reasons, Amanda has created the Spirit Seeker Nature Walk program, an opportunity to put aside time in the diary each month to exercise, explore and re-balance.

Sydney Harbour Foreshore and Botanical Gardens
Bullawarring Track, Heathcote National Park
Coast Track from Otford, Royal National Park
Greenhills Beach, Cronulla

The monthly Spirit Seeker Nature Walk is free, suitable for all levels of fitness and everyone is welcome to attend, so why not mark these dates in your diary and come along - and feel free to bring along a friend!
