Ritual to Release Old Energy and Call in 2017
Grounding Breath Practice
Firstly - find space in your home or in nature that makes you feel safe, relaxed and open. Gift yourself an hour without interruption. This is an important practice for you, so make sure you have enough time, at least half an hour if you can't do the full 60 minutes.
Take your journal and pen. Bring crystals, candles, music, essential oils, incense, pillows, blankets, tea or whatever else makes you feel comfortable.
Sit with your legs crossed or lie flat on your back. Feel the sacredness of the earth energy beneath your body, let your weight sink into the ground. Feel the air around your body and the breath flowing in and out of your being.
Starting at your toes, use your mind's eye to scan your body all the way to your crown. If you notice any spots that feel heavy or dark, focus on the spot and beam loving energy to that part of you.
Set your intention – “I release what is no longer serving me - I call in what I love.”
Focus on your breath. Draw breath in all the way to your belly, hold for three and then release. Repeat ten times.
Relax your breath.
If you are lying down, slowly sit up. Bring your hands together at your heart centre in prayer. Send energy out through your heart and feel it radiating throughout your body.
When you're ready, open your eyes.
Keep this feeling close and allow your answers to flow through for the following questions, try not to overthink.. Grab your pen and journal and dive in.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath and repeat the following mantra for each of your answers:

Start a fresh page and create a list of 10 things you absolutely love -
At the bottom of the page write the following:
I make a commitment to prioritising the things that I love in 2017.
Now repeat the above affirmation out loud.
Affirmation for 2017 -
Everything is always working out for me.
I am whole. I am worthy. I attract joy. My life keeps getting better and better.
Write down the above affirmation and put it somewhere accessible. Repeat this affirmation whenever you need a boost -
